Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Product Descriptions & Handcrafted Quality

  • Handcrafted Process: All pet models are individually crafted by hand. They will not have the flawless, rigid finish of mass-produced factory items, as slight variations are an inherent part of our handmade process.
  • GREENIMALS Terrarium Series: Minor dimensional tolerances are normal in 3D printing; consequently, some pieces may fit tightly or loosely during assembly.
  • Representations: While we strive for accuracy in our product photos, the final result of custom items may vary based on the specific design process.

Orders & Customisation

  • Custom Pet Models: For custom orders, if your pet is wearing complex accessories (e.g., custom costumes or detailed equipment), an additional design or printing charge may apply. We will communicate any such fees via email or WhatsApp before proceeding.
  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted, including pet photos and shipping details, is accurate.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Due to the intensive nature of our work, standard order fulfillment (payment to shipment) for custom pet models is typically 14 days to one month.
  • Shipping Costs: Complimentary shipping is provided for all orders with a total value over $350 HKD. Orders under this amount are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Payments

We accept payments via PayPal, Alipay, and all major credit/debit cards. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and branding on this website are the property of GREENMAXXING. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Material Care: Our products are crafted using 3D Printed PETG filament, which offers high durability, good water resistance, and a glass transition temperature of approximately 75∘C−85∘C (167∘F−185∘F). While PETG is more heat-resistant and durable than other filaments, GREENMAXXING is not responsible for damage caused by extreme heat exposure, improper handling, or failure to follow product care instructions.
  • Moss Care (Greenimals): Our terrariums contain live Leucobryum Moss. Proper maintenance is required, including following our specific watering and placement instructions. GREENMAXXING is not responsible for the yellowing, browning, or deterioration of moss resulting from neglect, improper water levels, exposure to direct sunlight, or environmental factors beyond our control.
  • General Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GREENMAXXING shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our site constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
