At this time, we do not ship internationally or to locations outside of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Processing &amp; Fulfilment <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Custom Pet Models:<\/strong>&nbsp;Due to the intensive, multi-step nature of our work\u2014which includes custom 3D modeling, high-resolution printing, and meticulous hand-coloring\u2014our standard order fulfillment time (from successful payment to shipment) is typically&nbsp;<strong>14 days to one month<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GREENIMALS Terrarium Series:<\/strong>&nbsp;Please note that these packages contain live&nbsp;<em>Leucobryum<\/em>&nbsp;moss. To ensure the health of these live components, we strongly recommend that you unpack and assemble your terrarium within&nbsp;<strong>24\u201348 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;of receiving your package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Complimentary Shipping:<\/strong>&nbsp;We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with a total value exceeding&nbsp;<strong>$350 HKD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standard Shipping:<\/strong>\u00a0For orders under $500 HKD, standard shipping rates will apply. These costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notification <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will receive a notification containing your tracking information as soon as your order has been prepared and is on its way to you.
