At GREENMAXXING, we take great care in the production and preparation of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when you can expect to receive your items.

Shipping Area

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within Hong Kong. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to locations outside of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Custom Pet Models: Due to the intensive, multi-step nature of our work—which includes custom 3D modeling, high-resolution printing, and meticulous hand-coloring—our standard order fulfillment time (from successful payment to shipment) is typically 14 days to one month.
  • GREENIMALS Terrarium Series: Please note that these packages contain live Leucobryum moss. To ensure the health of these live components, we strongly recommend that you unpack and assemble your terrarium within 24–48 hours of receiving your package.

Shipping Costs

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with a total value exceeding $350 HKD.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $500 HKD, standard shipping rates will apply. These costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Notification

You will receive a notification containing your tracking information as soon as your order has been prepared and is on its way to you. Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Packaging & Transit Disclaimer

All product packaging is intended solely for the protection of your items during transit and is not considered a part of the product itself. While we take great care to ensure your order is securely packed, we are not responsible for cosmetic damage to external shipping containers or packaging materials that occurs during transit, provided the product inside remains in good, functional condition.
